Repair Process

In the event of a maintenance issue requiring attention, you will need to inform your property manager.

For non urgent repairs you will need to request the repair in writing. We have a dedicated repair email address repairs@ipmanagers.com.au.

For urgent repairs during office hours contact the office on 02 8969 6977.

For urgent repairs after hours please refer to your Residential Tenancy Agreement to ensure that the repair is classified as urgent and for tradespeople to contact.

If a repair is not deemed urgent by the residential tenancy agreement you will be liable for any after hours call out fees and charges.
