Our tradespeople are all reputable tradesmen and have been working with our company for several years.
Tradespeople will receive an email/fax from our company explaining the repair that is needed along with your details. They will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the repair to be done. Tradesmen can pick up keys from our office if this is more suitable.
Please note, if an appointment has been made with a tradesperson and you have not been there at the time of appointment (without contacting the tradesperson), the call out fee will be charged to yourself.
