Once you have given notice to move out of your rented premises you will be required to make the property available for the agent to show prospective tenants. Reasonable notice will be provided to you.
Before you move out you will also need to:
- Disconnect electricity/gas
- Disconnect phone/Foxtel etc
- Re-direct your mail Australia Post 13 13 18
- Book in the lift or advise your building manager for some buildings (please check with your Property Manager if you are unsure)
- Make a time with your Property Manager for the final inspection
