To ensure your rental bond is returned to you in full you must first make sure that:
- The property is left in the same condition as the condition report
- The rent is fully paid
- All keys etc are returned on time
- The property has been inspected by your Property Manager
- Your forwarding address has been provided together with you bank details for a direct deposit
- A bond claim form is signed by all parties
Please note that as the Rental Bond Board is a third party, returns can take up to 3-5 days for bank deposit and 14 days for cheque returns after the form has been sent through.
