As a new tenant, your property will be inspected after the first 3 months and then every 6 months thereafter. Adequate notice will always be given.Only certain circumstances will you be able to change one of these appointments.
On very rare occasions the owner/or representation of the property may need to access the property for reasons varying from valuations, defect reports and renovations for example.
