These changes could include phone numbers (work/mobile), email addresses and if a flatmate moves in and out. There are forms that are needed when a flatmate moves out to ensure that your bond is updated.
Through your tenancy with Investment Property Managers we will send out bulk emails with information related to issues that might relate to your property hence why updated information is required.
