ROBERT ZAPPIA AND LYNDALL NESCI
Principals, Robert Zappia and Lyndall Nesci have both been involved with Property Management since the very early ‘90’s. In this time they have both seen many changes both in the market and the servicing needs of investors.
The business was developed by both in the early 2000’s, as the need for a specialised property management company was needed, as investors were neglected in a typical real estate business where the sales department is dominant.
Robert and Lyndall are both very hands on with daily running of property management and continually train their staff with knowledge and service skills to give their landlord clients the service and expertise they deserve.
Robert and Lyndall are supported by a team of experienced property managers and support staff.
